The Mount House, which is a family home, is a substantial village house dating from the early 18th century. Located on the south side of Brasted High Street, in the centre of the village, it is considered to be of historic and architectural interest and is Grade II listed. Guests are welcome to use the 5 ½ acres of gardens and woodlands, as well as the hard tennis court and croquet lawn. |

ACCOMMODATION There are three rooms available:
Both the twin and single bedded rooms have exclusive shared use of an
adjacent bathroom. |
All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities and colour television. Guests may use the large elegant drawing room, which has french windows opening on to the south-facing terrace and extensive gardens and grounds beyond. A full English breakfast is served in the adjoining dining room, which also opens on to the terrace. |
